W3C CSS Spatial Navigation Specification (LGE, 2020 – 2021)

  • Incubated and initiated the Spatial Navigation specification and progressed it to an official specification
  • Researched how to move the focus (the selection indicator which marks the object in the web page with which the user wants to interact) on the web page with four-directional key input device. (e.g. remote control)
  • Addressed issues related to the spec in the CSS Working Group meetings, WICG(Web Incubation Community Group) meetings
  • Implemented a JS library to support CSS Spatial Navigation and released as open source

Contributed to WHATWG HTML Specification (LGE, 2020)

  • Proposed to add 'preventScroll' option to Element.focus()
  • Currently, this feature is supported in the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, and Edge browser

W3C CSS Motion Path Specification (LGE, Apr 2016)

  • Added the new features to the CSS Motion Path Specification as a co-editor
  • Contributed to test suits of the spec

W3C CSS Round Display specification (LGE, Jun 2015 - Dec 2016)

  • Proposed and edited CSS Round Display Specification as a co-editor
  • Implemented the polyfill about the spec, and several demos

Travel Gallery (Personal Project)

  • Implemented a JavaScript library for high-performance web animations using WebGL
